SHGA Board Meeting Schedule For 2020, SHGA Board meetings are scheduled for the second Saturday of each month in the pavilion. They are at 9:00 AM in the winter months, and 10:00 AM while daylight savings time is in effect. Occasionally, meetings are postponed or cancelled. If this is the case, a notice will be posted on the home page of the Web site. Please check the home page before going to a meeting to be sure that it has not been rescheduled. There is a combined annual Club meeting and holiday party in December, the time and date of which vary from year to year. Often the December board meeting is combined with this event as well.
